TMF Strength & Conditioning
Overview
We believe fitness should support a better life.
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are built on science-backed resistance training and conditioning to help you move well, feel strong, and stay active for the long haul. Whether it’s hiking, biking, skiing, surfing, or just keeping up with daily life, we’re here to keep you performing with more confidence and less pain.
With a foundation in biomechanics and quality coaching, our program adapts to meet you where you are. Every movement can be regressed, progressed, or adjusted to fit your needs. Many of our members say it feels like a semi-private session thanks to the level of care and attention.
We’re proud of the community we’ve built—people who value staying strong, capable, and active throughout life.
Strength
Our full-body strength sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are designed to help you build strength, improve body composition, and feel better both in and out of the gym.
Each class begins with joint and tissue mobilization, followed by warm-ups to activate the muscle groups we’ll be training. We start the workout with lower-rep compound lifts (Series 1) that focus on foundational strength. Then we move into Series 2 and 3—supportive exercises targeting upper, lower, and core muscles—structured to elevate your heart rate and create a well-rounded training effect.
These sessions support lean body mass not just by burning calories, but by building muscle and improving how your body moves and performs. Whether you’re new to strength training or experienced, the workouts are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively within our system.
Conditioning
Our conditioning workouts are built to improve your aerobic capacity, challenge your endurance, and support better movement. Sessions combine moderate to high-intensity efforts with purposeful movement, emphasizing full ranges of motion and control under fatigue.
You’ll move through a variety of training formats like circuits, EMOMs, AMRAPs, and the occasional game-day challenge—keeping things fresh, engaging, and just the right kind of tough.
These workouts aren’t just about breaking a sweat—they’re about building an engine that carries you through life’s best moments. Whether you’re tackling a bucket list hike, chasing a personal best, jumping into a beach volleyball game without hesitation, or just feeling more confident in your own skin—this is the kind of training that supports it.
You'll leave each session stronger and more energized, ready for whatever adventure comes next.
