At TMF, we take a straightforward approach to athletic development. Every athlete starts with a thorough initial evaluation — a 60-minute session where we get to know your history, your sport/s, where you are now, and your goals. From there, we build a program around you.
We work in a semi-private setting that gives you the attention of personal training inside a competitive team environment. Our focus is simple: develop speed, explosiveness, and strength — the fundamentals that translate to every sport. We care just as much about the person showing up as the athlete performing.
