I've been attending since the pandemic and it has become a staple in my routine. I love that the coaches focus on overall well being and longevity. Yes, we lift heavy but we also focus on strength at end-range, mobility, cardio, and it's a balanced week throughout. The best place to workout! I love the positive energy and challenging workouts. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. They have workouts for all fitness levels and the trainers are great at modifying the exercises to match a person's needs.
